For Free Trial and Pay Per Report users, uploaded plan set files are processed to generate your report and are discarded immediately after report generation. We do not retain copies of your plan files beyond the processing session.
For Professional and Developer / Firm subscribers, uploaded plan sets and generated reports are stored securely to support your submission history dashboard, revision tracking, and firm profile features. Data retention and handling for these tiers are governed by our Privacy Policy.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS FOR ADVISORY PURPOSES ONLY. VERIPLAN MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES THAT COMPLIANCE REPORTS ARE COMPLETE, ACCURATE, OR FREE OF ERROR. A "COMPLIANT" FINDING IN ANY VERIPLAN REPORT DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT OCBO OR ANY OTHER AUTHORITY WILL APPROVE YOUR PERMIT APPLICATION.
The architect, engineer, or other licensed professional of record remains solely responsible for ensuring that all plans comply with applicable laws, codes, and ordinances. VeriPlan reports do not transfer or diminish that professional responsibility.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, VeriPlan shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of or reliance on the Service, including but not limited to: permit rejections, project delays, construction defects, regulatory penalties, or professional liability claims.
